Obtain username and password from Vivian

Hopefully,
after a few seconds a window will open

Enter your
username and password (user can change password after successful
login)

Right
click on EmsPro
-
Select
"Map Network Drive…" (commonly = T)

Make sure
"Reconnect at Logon" is checked. If your EMS user ID +
password are not the same as your Novell ID + password, then click on
"reconnect as different user" and give the correct
info for your EMS account

Double
click on "Setup"
-
Double
click on "Client"
-
Installation
starts. Follow instructions
If you can't find EMS:
- Double click on "Network
Neighborhood"
- Double click on "Entire
Network"
- Double click on "Microsoft Windows
Network"
- emspro
- Double click on "Event"
- Double click on "EMS"
- continue with Step 4 above
If this fails, check with MINS to verify that you
are a trusted subnet.
Notes from Vivian:
- Disable Norton Anti-Virus before
beginning installation
- Zone Alarm seems to interfere with
drive mapping. Health Services has Tiny Personal Firewall
- If using static IP, add the WINS
address which ends in 96.55 - Control panel, Network connections, TCP/IP,
advanced, properties
