Time needed to adjust  list of subscribers immediate Up to 7 days.

Aliases will be created twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The aliases will become active within 24 hours. For example, an alias request sent on Monday will be created on Tuesday, and the alias will be active by Wednesday.

 
Who can send to list anyone anyone this does not appear to be true

Naming conventions Traditionally ends with  -l (e.g. at-l )

Needs to be unique word For an alias, does the suggested name need to be unique within the first 8 characters?
Do you need to use Barnard's SMTP server to send a message - i.e. use webmail. No - I sent one from Verizon. No
