For 110th Street only: Please call the CUIT Client Service Desk at x40000 for any phone repairs or questions.
Requests for new phones or repairs and adjustments of existing phones are reported to the Help Desk.
New phones will be processed by the Purchasing Department.
Telephone repairs are handled through MINS.
Timetable for new phones and jacks: allow two weeks. Orders can be expedited for a fee of $1000.
