makes ticket; assigns to RCA who:

  1. reboots modem and router successfully and closes ticket

  2. solves student laptop issues and closes ticket

  3. determines whether it is a MINS cable, modem or router problem

    • MINS cable - AT notifies MINS

    • Modem - AT notifies Res Life to call TW

    • router - AT notifies MINS

makes ticket; assigns to RCA who:

  1. reboots modem and router successfully and closes ticket

  2. solves student laptop issues and closes ticket

  3. determines whether it is a modem or router problem

    • Modem - AT notifies Res Life to call TW

    • router - AT notifies MINS

re-terminates MINS wires and closes ticket
