Instructions for Summer Residents who need assistance in connecting a laptop to the campus network

• Print this form and complete lines 1 - 7
• Bring the completed form and your check for $35 to the Lehman Computer Center between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.,  Monday through Friday.  
  Check is made out to "Barnard College."
• We cannot accept cash.
• Your laptop will be registered for service after a staff member accepts the form and payment. You will be given a receipt for this payment.
• This contract entitles the holder to bring a laptop to the Lehman Computer Center where a technician will configure the laptop for the Barnard network.
• In the event that a particular laptop can not be successfully connected to the campus network, the fee will be refunded.
