What happens to my UNI when I graduate   http://alumni.columbia.edu/access/s2_2.html

  Barnard issues:

  • Which email address will display in CU online directory for user with two roles (e.g. CU grad student and Barnard employee)

  • Do problems arise when UNI does not match Barnard student email username?

  • UNI creation for special groups: transfer students, early admits

  • Barnard Alumnae: added all living alums to data feed; They all get UNIs and their names will appear in Library patron data base – but not CourseWorks or online directories

  • Barnard Alumnae as active participants in CourseWorks

  • Guests, visitors, conference attendees, summer “hotel” residents

  • Summer programs sponsored by Barnard: Pre-College (PCP delivers data to MINS, MINS sends to CU; how to deal with "late arrivals"?)
