For the Printing Workshops, users will be in 401 Altschul and will remote into their own computers in their offices.
Each attendee needs a Help Desk Visit http://www.barnard.columbia.edu/at/HelpDeskVisit.html
Add computer to inventory if this has not already been done
Help Desk will check:
user has administrative rights
can find the IP address for the machine
Dell Computer is set up to allow Remote desktop access
Acrobat print driver ("PS File") is installed on user's PC
Ricoh print driver for the dept copier is installed on user's PC
Staff member needs to know IP address on day of session.
Test Remote Desktop with staff member - using your laptop to remote into staff member's computer.
