CAMILLE A. BROWN (Choreographer) attended Bernice Johnson's Cultural Arts School , LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts, and The Ailey School. She received her B.F.A. in Dance from The North Carolina School of the Arts. Most recently, she was a member of Ronald K. Brown/Evidence (2001-2007) and now dances with Rennie Harris. This June, Ms. Brow will perform in the premiere of 'Peaches, Plums, and Pontifications'- a collaborative work by Diane McIntyre and jazz musician Olu Dara. She has been honored with awards and fellowships that include a 2006 Princess Grace Award in Choreography, New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship in Choreography, The Presidential Scholar of the Arts Award in Dance, NFAA Young Artists' Award and The Project Next Generation Award and has been featured in Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit, Marie Claire, Gestures Magazine (China), Expressions Magazine (Italy), and Sisterhood Agenda Magazine.

Ms. Brown has received commissions from Hubbard Street II, Urban Bush Women, Ailey II, The Ailey School, Reflections Dance Company, North Carolina School of the Arts, Long Island University , Tisch School of the Arts (Second Avenue Dance Company) and LaGuardia H.S. Her work has also been performed at Central Park's Summerstage, Dance Theater Workshop, Symphony Space, Dancenow Festival, New York Fall for Dance Festival, Danceplace (D.C.) and This Woman's Work at Aaron Davis Hall (which resulted in her being noted in Dance Magazine's “25 to Watch” article).Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater commissioned Ms. Brown to create a new work for their '07 season which premiered in London , England . JenniferDunning of The New York Times observed it as being “delicious...Ms. Brown's work is both expressive and economical-no words needed.”

DONLIN FOREMAN is a 20-year veteran principle dancer of the Martha Graham Dance Company. As Co-Founder/Artistic Director of Buglisi Foreman Dance for twelve years, he choreographed over 30 ballets and has choreographed for many companies as diverse as the Ice Theater of New York and the LaScala Ballet in Milan . He serves as Professor of Professional Practice at Barnard College , Columbia University , has published a book of poetic writing entitled Out of Martha's House, and for two years chaired the Dance Panel of NYSCA.  

ROBERT LA FOSSE danced with American Ballet Theater from 1977-1986 where he was promoted to principal dancer by Mikhail Baryshnikov in 1980. He danced as principal dancer with New York City Ballet from 1986-2002. He is presently a guest artist with NYCB dancing character roles. As a choreographer, he has made over 50 works in the ballet, Broadway, and opera idioms, twelve for New York City Ballet and two for the School of American Ballet , in addition to commissioned works for companies in Europe and Canada . He has also choreographed for film and television. Currently, he is working on a new musical entitled Dangerous Beauty which will premiere this summer at Northwestern University in Chicago . La Fosse received his early ballet training at the Marsha Woody Academy of Dance in Beaumont , Texas . In New York he studied with David Howard at Harkness House and Stanley Williams at the School of American Ballet . In addition to his work in classical ballet, he has starred in Broadway productions of Bob Fosse's Dancin' (1979) and Jerome Robbins' Broadway (1989), receiving a Best Actor Tony nomination for the latter. He is currently on the faculty of the Department of Dance at Barnard College .

STEPHEN PETRONIO (Artistic Director/Choreographer) was born in  Newark ,  New Jersey , and received a B.A. from  Hampshire   College  in  Amherst ,  MA , where he began dancing in 1974. Initially inspired by the dancing of Rudolf Nureyev and Steve Paxton, Petronio was the first male dancer of the Trisha Brown Company (1979 to 1986). He founded Stephen Petronio Company in 1984 and is widely regarded as one of the leading dance makers of his generation. He has created an expansive body of work marked by an unmistakable movement language and ground-breaking choreography in collaboration with contemporary innovators in the fields of music, visual arts and fashion. His dances have been presented at some of the most prestigious venues on six continents over the past 24 years. Petronio has received numerous accolades, including a John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship, awards from the Foundation for Contemporary Performance Arts, New York Foundation for the Arts, an American Choreographer Award, a New York Dance and Performance Award/Bessie and was recently inducted into the Nutley , N.J Hall of Fame. He has also been commissioned by some of the worlds premiere modern dance and ballet companies:  William Forsythe's Frankfurt Ballet ( Simulacrum Court , 1987), Tulsa Opera ( Le Trouvere ,1990), Deutsche Oper Berlin ( Layext , 1992), Lyon Opera Ballet ( Extavenous ,1994), Maggio Danza Florence ( Mid-Summer's Night Dream, 1996), Sydney Dance Company( Underland , 2003), Washington Ballet( De-Capulet , 2007)and The Scottish Ballet( Ride the Beast ,2007). His Repertory works have been re-staged on companies all over the world including; The Scottish Ballet, Ballet National de Marseille, Ballet Lorraine, London Contemporary Dance Theater, Chamber Dance Company in Seattle, Skolen for Moderne Dans in Denmark, Norrdans in Sweden, and X Factor Dance Company in Edinburgh, among others. Mr Petronio is currently planning his 25th Anniversary season with an expansion of his company and the creation of a full evening work, I Drink the Air Before Me , in collaboration with composer Nico Muhly.
