INTERNATIONAL STUDENT - CLASS OF 2012 Students who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents are considered international students. Barnard College has designated approximately three need-based scholarships for international students in each first-year entering class. Barnard is unable to assist international transfer students.
