The Career Development Office recognizes that in today's workworld, an entrepreneurial approach is evident in most career sectors. In both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises, the approach allows individuals to realize novel ideas, manage uncertainty and create change. As we assist students in defining the connection between a liberal arts education and life-work goals, we believe that understanding the nature of entrepreneurship and supporting an entrepreneurial mindset nurtures this connection. It also fosters leadership, adaptability and creativity. We encourage students to adopt an entrepreneurial approach to their career goals. This approach enables students to shape a personal vision associated with their career interests and, in turn, enhances their career choices and development. Taking advantage of various internship, fellowship and employment opportunities made available through our Office sets the foundation for future career growth. The Trust Entrepreneurial Internship Program (TEIP) is one of many excellent options offered by Career Development.
The Trust Family Foundation Entrepreneurial Internship Program
