PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Purchasing Department is to provide responsive and efficient procurement services while maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity. We strive for excellence in serving the Barnard Community with courteous and dedicated assistance, providing
necessary supplies, equipment and services which offer the best quality, performance and overall value, while assuring equal opportunities for small businesses, women owned and minority run firms.

Purchasing:
Monday - Friday
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Stores:
Monday - Friday
10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Central Receiving:
Monday - Friday
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
