Early Registration (Register by March 31, 2010) Members Individual Rate (view consortium members): $450 Members Team Rate (per individual, 3 or more individuals): $400 Nonmember Individual Rate: $495 Nonmember Team Rate (per individual, 3 or more individuals): $445 Full-time Student Rate (limited availability, team discount does not apply): $250 General Registration (Register April 1 – June 1, 2010) Members Individual Rate (view consortium members): $500 Members Team Rate (per individual, 3 or more individuals): $450 Nonmember Individual Rate: $545 Nonmember Team Rate (per individual, 3 or more individuals): $495 Full-time Student Rate (limited availability, team discount does not apply): $300 Payment Deadlines: Credit card payments will be processed live during online registration. All payments made by check or purchase order must be postmarked by April 15, 2010 for the early registration rates. An additional fee of $50.00 will apply to all registrations/payments postmarked after April 15, 2010 (as reflected in the general registration rates). Institute materials will not be shipped until payment is received in full. Cancellation Policy: Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time. Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail by May 31, 2010. A $100 processing fee will be deducted. After May 31, 2010 no refunds will be made on any cancellation requests. Other Rates & Fees Barnard College will provide participant housing in a campus dormitory for the following nightly rates.
