| Population | 91 upperclass students, mostly Seniors & Juniors. |
| Room Layout | 10-story building. Single and double rooms in 4- to 6- person suites (floor plans). |
| Furniture | Bed, desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe/closet space. |
| Security | 24-hour desk attendant at the front desk. |
| Internet | All rooms have cable modems for internet access. |
| Cable | Students may arrange cable TV service with Time Warner Cable for a fee. |
| Telephone | One telephone per room, equipped with one voicemail box. |
| Bathrooms | Each suite has its own bathroom. |
| Kitchens | There is a kitchen in each suite, with a sink, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. |
| Laundry | Located on the 10th floor. |
| Accessibility | Entrance is wheelchair accessible and elevators stop at all floors. |
| Common Areas | TV lounge and patio on the 10th floor. |
| Staff | Associate Director, Graduate Hall Director and 2 RAs. |
