Population	91 upperclass students, mostly Seniors & Juniors.
Room Layout	10-story building. Single and double rooms in 4- to 6- person suites (floor plans).
Furniture	Bed, desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe/closet space.
Security	24-hour desk attendant at the front desk.
Internet	All rooms have cable modems for internet access.
Cable	Students may arrange cable TV service with Time Warner Cable for a fee.
Telephone	One telephone per room, equipped with one voicemail box.
Bathrooms	Each suite has its own bathroom.
Kitchens	There is a kitchen in each suite, with a sink, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Laundry	Located on the 10th floor.
Accessibility	Entrance is wheelchair accessible and elevators stop at all floors.
Common Areas	TV lounge and patio on the 10th floor.
Staff	Associate Director, Graduate Hall Director and 2 RAs.
