Using Terminal
- Open Terminal from the Applications/Utilities folder on your hard drive.
- At the command prompt, type "ssh username@host" and press enter.

- Type in your password (no characters will appear while you type) and press enter when you are done.
- If the server asks you to accept a fingerprint or asks you if you want to connect, say "yes" by typing "yes."
- Now you are logged in. After this point, any instructions for PuTTY also apply to using SSH through Terminal.
After you have connected to the server through Terminal, you can begin using Pine by typing in "pine" after the $ prompt. For more detailed instructions on how to use Pine to delete your emails, click here.
