This is probably not normal. His
"pimples" may be a benign skin condition, or may be
symptomatic of a sexually transmitted infection. He should see
a medical practitioner, who can properly assess his situation.
You, too, should make an appointment with a clinician to make
sure you are free of any symptoms yourself. Refrain from sex
(oral, anal, and vaginal) until you both have been examined,
and, if necessary, treated.
